The Recruitment Junction
The Recruitment Junction is an award-winning recruitment charity dedicated to placing people with convictions into sustainable paid work. By building trust and making sure candidates are work-ready, the organisation helps individuals rediscover purpose and contribute positively to their families and communities. Addressing skills shortages across the North East, reducing unemployment and cutting reoffending rates nationally, The Recruitment Junction provides hands-on support throughout the recruitment process and beyond, creating lasting opportunities for both candidates and employers.

Building Futures Together
Building Futures Together is led by Darren, John and Graham -- three lifelong friends with firsthand experience of how vocational education can transform lives. The organisation is committed to helping disengaged pupils find a positive path, steering them away from crime, exploitation and becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training). By focusing on early intervention, Rebuilding Futures Together provides the guidance and skills young people need to overcome disadvantage, unlocking sustainable career opportunities and reducing long-term social and economic costs.
